*Assessment:* It allows the coach to understand the client's needs, goals, and challenges, providing a clear picture of what they want to achieve as a vision.
*Customization:* The session helps tailor the coaching approach to the specific needs and preferences of the client, ensuring a personalized coaching experience.
The initial consultancy or strategy session sets the foundation for a successful coaching relationship by aligning expectations, understanding needs, and establishing rapport.

don't have the ability to take full advantage of the more in-depth programs or just meed an injection of enthusiasm and guidance each month
Program includes:
A 1-hour startegy and goal setting session face to face or via the phone every other week
Individually and separately we both spend up to two hours per month carring out homework, developing and critiquing your situation and the strategies being used

Someone who really wants to implement the startegies for improvement detailed in their 'Alignment Consultation' as quick and effectively as possible.
Program includes:
Up to a 1-hour strategy implementation and goal setting session by phone, or face to face each week.
Individually and separately we both spend up to two hours per month carrying out homework, developing and critiquing your situation and the strategies being used
